Refund Policy

At Pixmage, we strive for full satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services:

1. Digital Services

Payments for digital services (landing pages, websites, ad management) are non-refundable once the work has started.

2. NFC Cards

Refunds for NFC cards are only possible in case of:

• Defective or non-functional card (must be reported within 7 days)
• Wrong product received
